The Hatbox Ghost

"Welcome, Foolish Mortals, To The Haunted Mansion..."

This is the Hatbox Ghost from the Disneyland attraction. Or was going to be originally. The character here would be seen in the attic along with the bride and pop-up screaming ghouls. He would just stand there, with his head disappearing from his shoulders and reappear in his hatbox as the bride's heart would beat. However, it only worked in the control room, and failed in the ride. So, old Hatty was never seen again.

EDIT: I changed the picture to be a little more accurate to the ghost's appearance on the ride.
